Zhan Capital is a Wyoming LLC founded in January 2026. We invest across public and private markets with a concentrated thesis on the physical layer of AI.

Our portfolio includes Volt Charging (EV infrastructure), Coppice AI (orchestration SaaS), and investment positions in energy utilities, uranium, rare earths, and industrial automation.

We speak to operators, not to funds of funds.
